Training on the Job

"Training on the Job" represents an interesting and efficient alternative to conventional developer trainings. Thereby, coaches/consultants explain on a specific project how potential problems may be solved in an elegant and efficient manner and how new technologies are used efficiently. Therefore, using the "Training on the Job" concept, technical knowledge is much faster established than with conventional developer trainings. In addition, the participating developers are much faster productive.
