Project Management

The managment represents a critical aspect for the success of projects. In addition to the implementation of complete projects, SYNERVA also offers project management for customer projects. Based on discussions with the customer, the SYNERVA project manager fulfills different activities which range from the communication with the different groups involved in the project to the complete management of the project team and the project artefacts. Successful, certified project management methods (i.e. PRINCE2) are used during the project planning and execution.

SYNERVA's project managers have extensive experiences in the realization of complex systems which are implemented with distributed project teams. As an example, SYNERVA has successfully planned, managed, and implemented different large-scale IT projects over the last years which have been deployed in Europe and the USA.
